« The song of the vineyard » for Paul Jaboulet’s establishment
The shooting is going on… Tasting sequence for our film on the vineyard and biodynamic for Paul Jaboulet’s domain. A great moment of sharing with Jacques Marcon and Caroline Frey. For the menu, scallops with chestnuts and apples, saddle of lamb in hay crust, all made on a firewood. Some nice images !
